Horses for Lease
We have very high quality horses available for on-site leases. The lease fee is $650 per month and it allows you to ride the horse 4 days per week and trailer to shows/events. The lease includes all expenses (you are NOT responsible for the horse's veterinary or farrier expenses and other maintenance care) and gives you access to our arena, round-pens and facilities. We have horses for a variety of needs ranging from beginner to experienced riders and also ranging from trail/pleasure to show horses.

Half Lease AvailableDrifter is a 2011, buckskin QH gelding. I purchased Drifter, (previously known as Clayton) from Turner Performance Horses a couple years ago. This horse is extremely obedient and really fun to ride. I've taken him all over the trails of Florida and ridden him through the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. He is great in the arena and trails. Here is your chance to lease a Turner Performance Horse! This horse has a LOT of go and is very push button, so I recommend that the rider be experienced.
Drifter is currently being 1/2 leased and is available for another 1/2 lease. A 1/2 lease is $325 per month and you are able to ride him 3 days per week. The lease payment includes all of his care, board, medical and farrier expenses. There are not additional financial obligations by the leasee. Just show up and ride! |
The Major Black Jack

Half Lease AvailableBlack Jack is a 2013, 15.1 hand, black Quarter Horse gelding (AQHA reg # 5578060). He is a finished reining horse with a current NRHA competition license (#585679). This handsome horse has a fun personality and stands out in a crowd. He has a really strong stop and comfortable gaits. I purchased him from Mozaun and Sarah McKibben during the 2020 Diamonds in the Desert Auction for $87,000. As some of you may know, many of the McKibben's horses currently sell for well over $100,000. Since owning Black Jack we have ridden him on many trails, the beach and he has also shown in reining classes. Jack is best suited for someone who knows how to ride a reining horse or would like to do western dressage. Black Jack is available for arena riding, shows (if you are up for it) and trail riding. She is very well trained and quiet natured. She was purchased a couple years ago from the Ride the Wave Premier Horse in Ocala, Florida which is known for only selling the highest quality of horses.
She is available for a 1/2 lease which will allow you to ride her 3 days per week. The half lease price is $325 and includes all expenses. Just show up and ride! |

AHH Wanna Be Smart - SOLD
Ready to start showing and winning? This is the mare for you! Smarty is a 2009 bay mare who is finished in barrel racing. She is very easy to ride, has no vices and is a pleasure to be around. She is a completely finished barrel horse who competed in 1D and 3D from 3 years old to 8 years old. She took a few years off to have a foal (she was an amazing mother and gave us one of the best fillies we have ever raised). She is currently running 16s on barrels with a 13 year old girl and is running 25 seconds on the pole pattern with her. You can let her sit for weeks, load her up and take her to a show and she will absolutely bring you home a couple of ribbons and some cash. Zero spook, no buck, no bite, no kick. She does need to be lead into the alleyway and can get a little hot, but that's it. Smarty has a fun personality, rarely spooks and is easy to handle. She does take her job seriously though and is fast so we recommend that she has a confident rider. Will consider selling her to the right home for $20,000.
